The IBMP Pediatrics Fellowship delivers a comprehensive 12-month curriculum focused on core pediatric specialties including neonatology, emergencies, outpatient care, and pediatric intensive care. The program combines clinical rotations with academic learning to ensure a deep understanding of child health, growth, development, and disease management. Fellows gain hands-on experience through inpatient and outpatient care, bedside teaching, and procedural training. Learning is further enriched through seminars, case discussions, journal clubs, and clinical audits. This structured approach equips fellows with the skills, confidence, and knowledge required to provide high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care across a variety of healthcare settings
